You can view the calendar with the available dates, choose the dates of your interest, check availability and book within 24 hours before your arrival date.
To book directly from our website choose the room among those available and fill in the booking form.

Prices are per room per night. All rooms are doubles. In the WATER and AIR rooms it is possible, on request, to add a third bed. To book the third bed, select the appropriate option as an extra service during the confirmation.
For booking confirmation, a 30% deposit / advance payment is required upon booking by bank transfer.
The remaining 70% of the total amount due will be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card, debit card.
Payment includes everything indicated in the chosen rate and the following additional costs are excluded from the services page: Tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in on site:

• € 1.50 per day per person (with 16 years old).

Conditions of cancellation

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 14 days before the arrival no charge will be charged. The deposit/advance payment is returned in full.
In case of cancellation or changes made after this period or no-show, the deposit/prepayment will not be refunded.
At the time of reservation, the user authorizes the processing of personal data provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 “Data Protection Law” and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Check-in, check-out, early or late arrival and special requests

Following are the check-in and check-out times:

• Check-in: 9:30/12:00
• Check-out:9:00/10:30

Please, inform the Panacea B&B in advance the time you expect to arrive. You can provide this information during the booking or contact the property using the contact details on this website.
Any request for early or late arrival must be confirmed by B&B Panacea.

House rules

The rules to be followed in the Panacea house are not only those established by the Law, but, more simply, they are dictated by common sense and mutual respect, and they are useful suggestions to guarantee a peaceful, quiet stay without unpleasant surprises.
Check-in is from 9.30 to 12.00. For variation of arrival time is necessary to make arrangements with the managers of the structure with a phone call. On arrival, the guest must present a valid identity document with a photo, which will be returned at occurred registration. The data will be processed in accordance with current privacy legislation and will be used exclusively for the availability / reservation requests and they will not be Transferred elsewhere or be used for other purposes.

To The guest will be handed the keys to access the structure and the room, keys that must be kept with care. In case of loss of these one, Panacea B&B will be compelled to impose a penalty for the changing of locks for the amount of 50.00 euros.
Is also necessary to preserve the rented accommodation and treat the furniture and equipment of the structure with care to avoid charges as a result of their damage.

Daily cleaning service is provided.
The towels included in the supply will be changed every three days and the sheets will be changed every guests change or on request with a supplement of 7.00 euros.

Check-out is from 9:00 to 10:30.

• Smoking inside the structure is forbidden. Smoking is permitted in the smoking area and on the main terrace.
• Is required to avoid noises that could annoy the neighbors especially if you come back late at night.
• Is forbidden to throw waste different from toilet paper in the WC.
• Is necessary to use the appropriate waste baskets respecting the rules of separate collection: small trash bucket in the bathroom for dry residues: diapers, absorbents, etc .; the large in-room trash bucket for plastic and cans; for any other waste, contact the staff.
• Whenever you leave the room, make sure the taps are properly closed; is mandatory to leave the electric stop key at the reception and make sure that the accesses are locked.
• Access to the property is restricted to registered customers only.
• Breakfast is planned from 7:30 am to 10:00 (report any allergies and intolerances at the time of booking).
• Common use of the kitchen is planned.Pay close attention to the use of gas and household appliances; clean and store used equipment- The fridge is shared. Each room has a reserved shelf for its own food and drink. Respect the assignes shelves.
• Pets are allowed on a leash; the animals cannot stay in the structure without the owners. The droppings in the garden must be removed and thrown in the special bins provided.
• Is strictly forbidden to introduce in the rooms instruments for the preparation of meals or other electrical appliances. Staff is avaible to guests for any requests and needs.
• Air conditioner with open windows should not be used to avoid unnecessary waste and contribute to air pollution.
• Is strictly forbidden to come in the garden and to the places delimited by barriers and prohibitions. Hives are reported in the areas adjacent to the structure.
  Customers have a duty to caring to their own things and valuables. Panacea B&B relieves itself of any responsabilty in the event of their disappereance

Panacea B&B is not responsible for any inefficiencies due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, internet and heating.
The booking confirmation and the beginning of the use of the structure imply the reading and the acceptance of the present house rules as well as its complete compliance.
